Before you decide, know what you have.
Which systems are in place, how well can they be connected and what is missing for a smart building? We assess building systems, IT infrastructure and software and make risks, costs and required action visible before budgets are committed.

Start with what needs to work.
Mobile access, room and desk booking, sensors for occupancy and indoor climate, a building app for occupants and operations: we turn user and operator requirements into a concept for software, IoT, networks and building systems, with clear interfaces and acceptance criteria.
04 — Tendering & procurement
Choose independently.
Clear specifications make proposals comparable. We define functional requirements for platforms, apps, networks and building systems and support the selection, without ties to any manufacturer or product.
05 — Project management & integration
IT and building systems at one table.
IT departments, electrical engineers, building automation and software vendors often speak different languages – we speak all of them. That is how we coordinate everyone involved, design networks and interfaces and keep schedules, budgets and dependencies in view across all trades.
06 — Commissioning & handover
Integration needs to prove itself.
An installed system is only the beginning. We guide integration testing and commissioning across system boundaries, based on real use cases, with clear responsibilities, useful documentation and a team that knows how to operate the solution.
07 — Monitoring & energy
Quality shows in everyday operation.
Energy and technical monitoring show how a building really performs. We use this data to save energy, detect faults early, provide figures for ESG reporting and integrate new requirements into the existing solution.

Most smart building projects fail at the interface: IT doesn't understand the building systems, and electrical engineering doesn't understand IT. I come from both worlds – more than 25 years in electrical and building engineering, more than 15 years in IT, networks and software.
